RETURNS

Your money will be refunded only if the product is returned in the same condition it was received. You may return the item within 14 days of the delivery date for return or exchange. All return items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. There are no exchange or refunds on any items that has been used or don't have it's original packaging. Please allow 30 days to process your refund. EXCHANGES

Exchanges will only be allowed within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in the same condition as received. You will be charged or credited the difference of the new frame cost. In addition new shipping charges will incur. Exchanges will be processed in 2 to 3 business days.
